ReadyVaca

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything vacation rental owners ask about ReadyVaca — services, pricing, providers, turnovers, staging, and more.

What services does ReadyVaca offer?
ReadyVaca connects vacation rental owners with vetted local pros for staging, turnover cleaning, deep cleans, maintenance, handyman work, pool care, landscaping, pest control, and full property setup. We match you with the right provider for each job.
Is ReadyVaca a property management company?
No. ReadyVaca is a service marketplace. We don't manage your property, handle your bookings, or take a cut of your rental income. You stay in full control — we just connect you with reliable people to get the work done.
How does the matching process work?
Submit a request through our Get Help form describing what you need. We review your request, match you with a vetted local provider who fits the job, and introduce you. The provider handles the work directly with you.
Can I use ReadyVaca for a one-time job or only recurring services?
Both. Whether you need a single deep clean before your first listing goes live or ongoing turnover service between guests, ReadyVaca providers handle one-time and recurring work.
How much does it cost to use ReadyVaca?
Submitting a request is free for property owners. You pay the service provider directly for the work they do. Pricing varies by service type, property size, and your market. Providers set their own rates.
Are there hidden fees or platform charges?
No hidden fees for property owners. Providers pay a referral fee when matched with work — that's how ReadyVaca operates. You'll never see a surprise charge from us.
What areas does ReadyVaca cover?
ReadyVaca currently serves Pinellas County and Manatee County in the Tampa Bay area, covering popular vacation rental markets like Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Treasure Island, Anna Maria Island, and Holmes Beach. We're expanding to more Florida markets soon.
Do you serve areas outside Florida?
Not yet. ReadyVaca is focused on Florida vacation rental markets first. As we grow, we plan to expand to other high-demand STR areas across the U.S.
Does ReadyVaca help with short-term rental permits and licensing?
We don't handle permitting directly, but our Florida STR Rules guide covers county-by-county licensing requirements, tax registration, and compliance steps. Check our rules page for the latest info.
Where can I find STR regulations for my county?
Visit our Florida STR Rules page for detailed county-level breakdowns covering Pinellas, Manatee, Hillsborough, and more. Each guide covers licensing, taxes, zoning, and enforcement — all in plain English.
How are providers vetted?
Every ReadyVaca provider passes background checks, license verification, and insurance confirmation before joining our network. We also collect quality feedback after every completed job to maintain high standards.
Can I become a ReadyVaca provider?
Yes. If you offer cleaning, staging, maintenance, or other vacation rental services in our coverage areas, apply through our For Providers page. We'll review your qualifications and get you matched with owners who need your services.
What if I'm not happy with a provider's work?
Contact us right away. We take quality seriously and collect feedback on every job. If a provider doesn't meet standards, we'll work with you to find a replacement and address the issue with the provider.
What does a turnover service include?
A typical turnover includes cleaning, linen changes, restocking essentials (toiletries, paper products, kitchen basics), trash removal, inspection for damage, and resetting the property to guest-ready condition. Exact scope varies by provider.
How quickly can a turnover be scheduled?
Most providers can handle same-day or next-day turnovers depending on availability and your market. For peak season, we recommend setting up a recurring schedule so your provider is already booked for each checkout.
What is vacation rental staging?
Staging transforms your property into a guest-ready space designed to earn five-star reviews and higher nightly rates. It includes furniture arrangement, decor, kitchen essentials, linens, and the small touches that make guests feel at home from check-in.
Does staging really increase rental income?
Yes. Well-staged properties consistently earn higher nightly rates, more bookings, and better reviews. Professional staging pays for itself quickly through increased occupancy and the ability to charge premium prices.
How do I get started with ReadyVaca?
