Is ReadyVaca a Service Provider?
No. ReadyVaca is a marketplace platform that connects owners with independent service providers. We do not directly perform staging, turnovers, maintenance, or any other services. Service providers on our platform are independent businesses. ReadyVaca does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any services arranged through the platform.
What Happens When You Submit a Form?
By submitting your contact information through any form on this Site, you consent to being contacted by ReadyVaca via phone, email, and/or SMS regarding service matching and platform updates. You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting us directly or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Terms for Service Providers
Service providers who join the ReadyVaca platform agree to maintain current licenses and insurance as required by law, provide accurate business information, and deliver services professionally. ReadyVaca reserves the right to remove any provider from the platform at its discretion.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of ReadyVaca or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
